If we have stock of the jewelry piece or other product that you ordered, we will send it to you within 2-3 business days. If we have run out of stock or the listing indicates that there is no stock, your item will be hand-made and ready within 14 business days or we will contact you with an arrangement regarding manufacturing of the product. Thereafter, we will send it to you. We will keep you updated as to when your jewelry piece or other product will be shipped to you.
Rings are made according to the ring size that you provide. Please allow for the 14 days production time before expecting it to be shipped to you.
Where it states “available on order” please allow at least 14 working days for manufacturing of the product or gift set. We will keep you updated on the process and send it to you afterwards.
If you are in South Africa, your product will be sent to you with a courier or you can self-collect on arrangement, whichever you prefer.
We currently only ship to addresses in South Africa.
